You could just go for Exchange 2010 SP3 which was released

The upgrade is pretty straightforward and you just download through Windows Update or do an offline update:

Administration of Active Directory does not have to be hard.  Too often what should be a simple task is made more difficult than it needs to be.The solution?  Hyena from SystemTools Software.  With ease-of-use as well as powerful importing and bulk updating capabilities.

I would suggest you to take SystemState and ExchangeOnline backups before you go with SP3 upgrade as a backup plan ... just in case

Already a lot of documents shared so wont share more and let us know how it goes

Don't install RU6. Lot of issues are reported with RU6. Directly install SP3 with RU1. Steps are below

Here is my article
http://www.experts-exchange.com/Software/Server_Software/Email_Servers/Exchange/A_10389-Steps-for-Upgrading-Exchange-2010-SP1-to-SP2-with-RU3.html

Same applies for SP3 also.
