I need a nice, and flexible horizontal dropdown menu that is easy to install and has good cross-browser compatibility.  Free and easy to install would be nice.

u can choose whatever plugin u want, click the DEMO link and unzip the files.
it comes with relevant js/css files along with html for example of usage.
very easy to integrate in your web page and free.

some great menus plugins as well.
