Excel Page Break on downloaded file based on location
I have a downloaded report that I open in excel. It is a list of all the appointments for every physician office here in the hospital. I want to provide a page break based on the change of location. So if cardiac unit is CAR03 and gastro office is GI1 then I would want a page break between these two offices so when I print this report it will separate the offices.

Here is a copy of the report. I just came from a meeting on this and here is what they want.
This is a report that will be updating constantly. They would like spreadsheet "Admits" and spreadsheet "Consults" combined and then separated by Physician name. This should also include some type of Page Break by Physician name so that it can be printed and separated by physician for easy handout.
Please note that originally column B include patient name. This column has been removed.

The combined sheet should be sorted by physician name but print by physician separately for easy handout. I don't think I made that clear before.
