Hi Experts,

I have a user who has a new BB z10 and is using ActiveSync. Their environment is running Exchange 2010, windows sbs 2011, and on his computer is Outlook 2010. When he replies to emails that are on the blackberry he does not get the icon that shows he replied to that email. It had worked previously on his Bold 9900. As well when he makes an update to his calendar on his blackberry it does not sync to Outlook on his computer. He has security wiped the phone multiple time. I have not found any resources online for this problem, any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Never mind, the solution for the Outlook issue was that he was saving the new event locally on his z10 instead of his Exchange calendar. There is an option for that when creating a new event. And the reply icon is not currently available in BB 10.
