So I may run 8 vm on the host and can I run standard and enterprise vm please advice

I have 2 Enterprise license one host is running hyper v and another server running as backup domain controller only on physical hardware.<br />
So as I have 2 Enterprise license am I allowed to run 7 vm on the hyper &nbsp;v host or must I have 2 hyper v host with 4 vm each.<br />
Please advice.
