TEXT FILE

I have a text file that I export from our accounting system.  I export it as a tab delimited file.  I can tell it to set page breaks or if I type in a 999 on the report parameters it will not do page breaks.  I think it says truncate beside this field where I type in 999.  If I do not type in 999 I have to remove a symbol at each page break for this to work for me to import into another program.  The file knows what the last page is.  If I type in 999 then it adds a bunch of what I think is blank lines.  If I only have 900 lines then it will export blank lines all the way to 999.  I need to do something to the text file to stop this at the end of the data.

We of course need to know what your accounting system is, if it is for example excel, you likely have a VBA Macro in there we would need to look at.

Once we know what system it is and can look at some code, we can also change the topic to the correct zone.
