i have found below link, i follow the steps, but i have parameter is incorrect, any idea how to fix it ?

You might need to provide appid for your server. If you have MS support, check with them

Have you try to re-create the virtual directory's ?

This link also works with Exchange 2013

i have removed my ipport=0.0.0.0:444 already, i wont be able to see back the certhash and appid, in this situation, how do i do now
