hyper-v issue resetting password with bootdisk

I had a hyper-v vm running server 2008 that was hacked.  I disabled all admin accounts, but I am now screwed since I can't do any admin functions.  I was told to use the bootdisk here http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/ to reset the password.  I tried that and got the error in the screen shot attached.
