Hi All,

is it possible to view a users calendar in Exchange 2010 via the admin console?

you can share users calendar

This example assigns permissions for Ed to access Simon’s calendar folder
 
Set-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity Simon@contoso.com:\calendar -User Ed@contoso.com -AccessRights Reviewer

So if I run this, i can add the users calendar to mine?

this command will share users calendar with you ..so you can view his calender from owa/ outlook
