What's everyone's favorite/reliable hosting company for Windows Servers?

We are currently using Rackspace, but after 6 outages after 6 months ranging from 20 minutes to 12 hours we are ready to move on.

Never used Amazon, how reliable are they, how is their support and are they reasonably priced? We are currently looking and getting quotes from Peer1 and Arsalon Technologies anyone currently using them or have used them in the past?

In my company we moved away from Rackspace for the exact same reason.
We went to: http://www.hostgator.com and we have had 0 downtime in two years.

Our need was Linux, but they have windows hosting as well, and the support is excellent:

I have experience with Amazon and they are very reliable, however they are also pricey. I don't think you get support with Amazon by getting the plan.
