Build High Availability and DR for Exchange 2010 server

Dear All,

   I have a single Exchange 2010 Enterprise with all the roles ( MBX,HUB,CAS), Im planning for a new setup and to make my Exchange 2010 high available and to build a DR, in my primary Site I have two Hyper-V Hosts connected to SAN and in the DR site I have the same setup ( Two Hyper-V hosts connected to SAN) I'm looking to build a simple high available and DR setup and to separate my Exchange roles, lets say HUB.CAS in my serer and MB in another servers, please advise,my Mailboxes will reach to 1300 users.  I need a solution without buying additional Hardware.

Thanks, but I need to build without the use for Hardware balancer, can you pls advise
