I'm working on a helpdesk solution "OSTicket".
This solution offerd an option to create ticket by an email.
I would like set up this options with an exchange 2010 mail server but i have no idea to do that.
The php script is already done but i don't know how to use it with exchange 2010.
Osticket run on Linux debian server without SMTP relay. i have to add one ?
I need to add receive connector on exchnage 2010 ?
