Email Piping with Exchange2010

Hi,

I'm working on a helpdesk solution "OSTicket".
This solution offerd an option to create ticket by an email.

I would like set up this options with an exchange 2010 mail server but i have no idea to do that.

The php script is already done but i don't know how to use it with exchange 2010.

Osticket run on Linux debian server without SMTP relay. i have to add one ?
I need to add receive connector on exchnage 2010 ?

You mean to say, if someone send's an email to ticketing tool, it will convert that into ticket. If yes, then you might need to create one send connector and point it to your OSticket tool.

In send connector specify the address space for linux, it could be like osticket.com

I also suggest to contact product vendor for OS ticket. Ask them how to setup email ticketing option.
