The Goal is to have a unique link that opens the view form for the item linked.  Need to embed the links in another application, with each link unique to each item (not the bulk list.)

Would "be nice" to create a column for each item that is a link to the item, so when downloading the list to excel, the links are formed in the column according to their unique item.

Bonus is the links fire the view item sub-form.  Thanks as always...

Hello,

set the list to open the form in the full page, not the modal dialog. Open an item. Look at the URL. That's the format you need. It has the item's ID number in there.

Create a view that shows the item ID. Export that view into Excel. Create a formula that stitches together the URL as seen in the browser, using the ID in the current row (as exported with the view).

Copy the formula results and paste as values. There are your links.

cheers, teylyn

OK; that's a good solution.  A few other steps may be to automate, but thank you.  Helps to have a second set of eyes; was too thick headed yesterday to think of this.  Thanks again...
