Hi

I am starting to learn doxygon for php. I am using Zendframework to develop my applications and now need to start leaning how to document it. I installed the doxygon and it works fine for the file in the root directory with the doxygon-config file.

However, all the source files are not in the root directory and they are usually buried in the modules. When I try to run the command

doxygon config_file

It only document the files are in the root directory. There are lot of configurations in the config file and I was not able to find the right configs to tune it to read each and every single file to be document.

I am attaching my config file.

** I am using ubuntu 64 bit.
Thanks
