What is the equivalent of MSconfig in Windows 7?

It is the same, just type in MSCONFIG in the Windows 7 search bar. In Windows 8 search for System Configuration.

Msconfig.  What problem are you having?  Is it not in your system32 folder (windows)?  Your system may have gotten corrupted.
