Google Fusion Table (Insert Error)

We are building web application, where in we want to stream features using google map. The plotted features need be stored in Fusion table.
When we are trying to insert records in fusion table. We are getting error,"Daily limit for unauthenticated use exceeded. To continue requires signup"
As part of the solution, we registered application with google and have obtained client id, Public Key fingerprints.
We started to implement OAuth2.0 for fusion table using c#, asp.net. but are stuck up and are not able to implement it.
Can you pl help in this regard, working example source would help a lot.
Thanks and Regards

Are you sure you are not using the api key for whatever sample  you started with?

You can see your api info https://code.google.com/apis/console/ You have 25,000 requests per day for fusion tables  https://developers.google.com/fusiontables/.  If you are in testing phase, then for sure check that you are using YOUR api key.
