I have a Acrobat Form with a Submit Button. However all returned .xfdf files have the same filename as the form. I need the submitted xfdf filename to be unique for each responder. A combination of two form fields.

You can only do this if you submit to a server and let the server save the file under the name you require. When submitting by email or saving the file locally, it's always the filename that is based on the PDF filename.
