What do you mean? You want to create Windows Store Apps? For this, you will have to upgrade to VS2012.

Not Windows Store Apps.
I am looking for Windows application that can be developed with Windows 8 and VS 2010.

it is not different then for Windows 7 or even XP/Vista. What are you looking for exactly?
