Hello Experts,

For some reason I'm unable to change the date in the attachment.

I'm trying to change the date under other expenses sheet, but it won't let me.

Can anyone figure out why?

Cheers

Select the date cell and go to

Data > Data Validation

Where there is a restriction imposed on the dates to be entered.

Hi ssaqibh,

I don't have the option the Data Validation option.

I'm running Office 2007

I can't think of a reason why I can't change the date to say, 17/04/2013. However, I can the date to anytime in January.

In the ribbon menu there is a "Data" menu item. When you select it there is a "Data Validation" in the sub menu within the "Data tools" group.
