Security Certificate Error

A potential e-commerce client reported a security certificate warning when they attempted to complete a transaction on our secure website (which has a current security certificate).  The warning said that there was no current certificate, and there was no option for them to continue.  The site with the certificate is https://secure.mauitradewinds.com/TransMan/SecureForm.html

However, the client never reached that site, because of the security warning.  The client is using Windows XP and IE8.  I can't reproduce this with Windows 7 and IE10.
