Dropbox on Windows Server 2012

What is the best way to install Dropbox on a Windows server (as an administrator)?

What we are trying to achieve is:
(1) It will run without someone being logged into the server
(2) It needs to not get started multiple times if there are multiple logons to the server
(3) I would like to be able to access the try icon / preferences which seems impossible when running as a service.

Thanks,

Thank you vinsvin, but I was looking to do it without needing to purchase additional software.
