Windows 7 pre service pack 1 iso download link?
Hi there,
i'm looking for a link to download Windows 7 Home Premium x64 without service pack 1.
I need it to do a repair install but all i can find include service pack 1 which won't work. At the moment i'm unable to install service pack 1 hence the need for a repair install. I've spent days trying to install it & tried all the suggestions on technet so this is my last attempt before being forced to clean install, which i'd rather not as i don't have access to all the software installed.
All help is much appreciated.

Dahoe--If the above do not help, order a Win 7 install disk from the manufacturer of your PC. It should not cost more than about $25.
You are going to need an install disk at some point even if you decide to do a clean install.

When unable to install updates or service packs, this might help, too: SUR, linked here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/troubleshoot-problems-installing-service-pack

For points to be awarded, a solution must be verified. I suspect that your link is valid, but I'm not willing to downloadthe the file to check, so I'm forced to restart the delete.

Funny reasons you have. Click on it, it starts downloading, you don't have to finish the download. Hi there, sorry for the delayed response have been off work for the past while.
I downloaded the iso burned the disc and completed the repair installation. I was then able to complete the service pack installation and the rest of the various updates so the laptop is back running fine again.
You can mark this as solved.
Thanks for all your help and again apologies for the late reply.
