Hi all I have been tasked with looking after the companies Small bunch of IT Equipment.

One of the pieces of hardware is a Cisco C887VA-W-E-K

I have logged into the router using Configuration Professional Express, but cannot see anywhere where you can open ports etc.

Can somebody please guide me.

Thanks for the info but how do we go about downloading the Cisco software, they no longer have the CD that came with the device, and I believe you have to have some kind of relationship with cisco to get such software.
