We are currently deploying multiple BB Z10 handsets to users. We are experiencing an error on a few (Z10  error 403). Device configuration and wireless - done. BB Account set up and confirmed. When we set activation password - device is activated through the Blackberry Administration Service server - all is good. When setting up the users mail account (synch with GroupWise), we can apply the users email address and get to the activation (GW password) and we ge the error.
"Service for account
usernamexxxxx@xxx.xxx.xxx.xx - is not available.
Contact your system administrator to regain access. (Error Code: 403)

There is a good chance this is it. It has been hard to remember to turn ActiveSync on with each account activation. We have it disabled by default on our Exchange server and on more than one occasion, when activating the new BB's, I have forgotten to activate it. There is a slightly different error with Exchange.
