Outlook 2007 - Cache Mode Contacts Won't Update
I have a User running Outlook 2007 in cache-mode, his Contacts will not update. Even if you go to Send/Receive in Outlook's menu-bar, then select download Address Book, it claims that the "object cannot be found" and fails.
If I turn cache-mode off, all contacts are up-to-date, and it works fine. I have deleted the User's Cache, and allowed it to re-build, however this did not resolve the issue. The new Cache still gives the same error.
Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Expand Recipients, click on Offline Address List. Right click on Default Offline Address List in the right pane. Click Rebuild. The Rebuild could take some time depending on how many users you have.
To get the new users to appear in outlook once the rebuild has been done: Open Outlook, Click Tools --> Send/Receive --> Download Address Book. Then place a check in Download Changes since last Send/Receive. Click OK. The new OAL will download
