Collections that do not throw KeyNotFoundException

According to my MCTS 70-536 Pretest Exam the StringDictionary collection does not return KeyNotFoundExcepption when a lookup is performed.  It only returns null. Does anyone know what other Dictionary collections perform in this manner?

HybridDictionary,NameValueCollection, OrderedDictionary etc
check System.Collections.Specialized Namespace:
