Hi Everyone,

            I am needing a direct download link for the latest version of Java for Internet Explorer 8.  Any help given to this question will be greatly appreciated.

The javascript programming language is part of all modern browsers and is not available separately.  The JAVA programming language ( http://www.java.com/en/ ) is not part of the browser but gets installed in your system like any other program would.  JAVA normally installs a plugin into your browsers.
