Configure SQL Server 2012 to receive HTTP POST data

I designed a SurveyGizmo questionnaire for a client.

When a respondent completes a questionnaire, I manually export a CSV file then load into Excel or a SQL Server development database to prototype reports. This is inefficient, especially as this could reach 100s of respondents when it is fully launched!

SurveyGizmo inform me that I can setup a HTTP CONNECT (see image) action that will send respondent data directly to SQL Server 2012 via HTTP GET or HTTP POST. However, I will need to configure SQL Server 2012 to enable this.

How do I setup a  SQL Server 2012 Developer Edition to listen to HTTP POST requests, receive and populate a staging table in a database?

The image below requires a URL, presumably from SQL Server 2012. How do I enable this?

@rkworlds: Thanks for the quick feedback!

I am a BI Developer by trade, so SQL, Analysis and Reporting! Not had to configure anything like this before so any further insight would be invaluable.

The Developer Edition is no licensed for this. You might be able to do it, but it is not within the license agreement.

You should be legal with the Express version. I'm not sure of the status of standard edition for this.

Thanks for the knowledge, didn't quite get a solid response however.

After some research, will use MySQL as a staging database then do an ETL process with SQL Server. Will definitely keep on eye out on the versions and licensing.
