how to program for IOS on windows

I want to start programming for IOS on windows. How can I do that ?
There are lot of tutorials on internet(google), but how can I choose the best ? Multi-plataform Scripts or objective-c ?
I need free online tutorial and courses too.

As per my knowledge, you cannot use Windows Machine to create iOS applications using XCode and Objective C.

However search for followings which will help you in creating multi platform mobile applications using Windows Machine.

PhoneGap
GameSalad

I haven't tried either PhoneGap or GameSalad.

I have used almost all tutorials given above. All are very helpful.
