Are there any Selenium Webdriver on Windows ASP.NET experts here?

Can you elaborate on what exactly you need? Perhaps if you describe your scenario or what you are having trouble with, then someone--even less than expert--familiar with the tool can assist you = )

Sure, I'm working at a company who is a "Windows platform" organization. My experience with Selenium webdriver is in using the java selenium webdriver api with Eclipse. I would like to develope/create this framework with Visual Studio using either NUnit or some other tool.
My question is this, if I change my mind, for whatever the reason, could I develop the framework and test cases using Java with Eclipse and still run it in the Windows environment.
If one of you has used Selenium, then I could have other questions as I start doing this development.
Again I really would like to develope this with Visual Studio and the C# Selenium webdriver API.
Thank you for the help. I asked my questions as such, because I was disappointed with the response I got on my last Selenium question I asked.

kaufmed, because I know Eclipse and Java. I'm not very versed with VS and C#. I do want to learn more, but I also got to do my job. I am sure that a developer could answer this question.
