First two links are not valid. I'm not able to install or upgrade to 2.0!

I agree that the number of unassigned bugs is very high!!

Survey monkey is not an option. As we already have Limesurvey installed and running live projects. I'm running 1.91. I've been able to upgrade to version 1.92 on my staging network, but 2.0 is just not having it.

Any further thoughts on how I can tackle this?

Why do you want to do the upgrade?  If the software is already running live projects, why not just wait until Limesurvey gets its act together?  I don't see that they have deprecated the version you're using, so nothing should be forcing you to upgrade.  We have a saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

The main problem we're up against in V 1.91 is we're getting duplicating tokens.

Groan.  That sounds like a specific bug.  What does the project team or user forum at Limesurvey have to offer?
