Windows servers - Moving files between folders

Dear Experts,

Can you please advise in a short question,

if a user on a Windows based server has with right clicking on the folder on Security tab Modify rights, that is enough to allow moving files inside that folder?

Yes.. with modify permission user can create and move files inside the folder..
