Visual Studio 2010 Problem

When I'm trying to publish a website. Build, Pubish Website. I get:

Object reference not set to an instance of an object

There is no file or line or Column or Project listed to show where the problem is.

as it's building the website all I have checked off is Allow this precompiled site to be updatable

it shows precompiling, building, building and then has another message that is replaced by the Object reference error so I have no idea why this is happening.

This would happen before but all I had to do was re-build web site to get it back.

Any ideas. Thanks for the help.

Hi,

Seems like deleting the content in the ASP.NET Temp folder and bin will solve the issue - http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/vstudio/en-US/fe539362-547e-41bd-b7e5-f008de15c3e4/object-reference-not-set-to-an-instance-of-an-object-while-publishing-web-site

Hope it helps u...
