I am working in an organisation where I am the only engineer looking after Citrix. Ours is a Xenapp 5.0 on windows 2003 environment running 24X7. We thought of creating a dashboard where in a junior most IT technician can perform basic citrix troubleshooting as well as looking at the dashboard, he can declare if there is any Citrix problem persisting in the Overall IT environment.
Keeping this in mind, I have created this excel sheet, as a dashboard.
This dashboard is based on some question and answer. Idea here is that even he calls me at odd hours in night or so, he can call me with the answers found in this dashboard. This will help me in not starting to digging out the issue all over again and rather concentrate straight way on the actual area of issue.
Can somebody look into the excel sheet and put any observation in case I am missing some important point.
