What is the BEST way to MERGE duplicates galore in my Outlook (Office 365) contacts?

Used couple programs in past that worked somewhat effectively.  Ideal?  Go thru contacts and merge them all so only one for each contact remains, with ALL info still there.

Recommendations?  (Remember, key is to MERGE duplicates into one.)

I hadn't received any other options/suggestions, and so we'll proceed with Haresh's suggestion as the solution. Sorry for the delay, I went away for awhile.
