Suggestions for a reputable company that does “penetration and vulnerability” Website testing?

I was wondering if anyone knew of a good reputable company that does “penetration and vulnerability” testing of Websites?  We have a potential huge client that’s on board as long as we can provide positive results that clearly define our websites security.

Currently are Windows 2008 Web Server is hosted at Rackspace, but we want to make sure that we have a biased review as well.

Don't forget that it's not just vulnerabilities that will affect the "security" of your website - the three main areas are Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability - a secure website needs to be good at all 3... an invulnerable website that only has a single server running it is not particularly useful when the OS bluescreens.

I'm not prepared to make commercial recommendations, but there is lots of choice if you search online. Choose like you would any other commercial provider - qualifications, experience, price. And I'd suggest you choose a commercial provider if there's a big contract resting on it.
