Dear support team,

Today we have implemented the web base application in our organization. The users can access through the internet explorer. This application requires  some settings in the internet explorer . First thing we need to  add it to the trusted sites and then enable in custom level  setting  like .net, xaml, activeX, download, etc

We need some automated script or regedit file so that we can send this to our clients and they can install it by themselves. So kindly help me to generate the script.

I've done this before, if you know the exact changes you need to make in the IE settings and whether you want them to be for all users or specific users on the system then you can trace your settings to the appropriate registry setting and from a configured system export the those specific keys combine them in a reg file and then just import the file on any system that needs the settings.
