Video Conversion

I created a project on Adobe Captivate 4 and published it as a SWF file.  I then used a video converter to make it playable on YouTube.  You can see what I got below.  What did I do wrong.  Thanks

I think some of your images were not cut out well (to place them on white),
A little rough around the edges
Some of the images look over compressed or too low of quality (so they are pixelated/distorted),
Over compressed
Slight edit,
Slight touch up
10mb seems large for that type of video, with that low of quality images.     I think the 10mb issue is your biggest.  It just shouldn't be that big.   Are you using any compression in Flash?

Can I hire you to fix all this for me?  If you are an Elancer I can do it there or however it is done.  I have done about as much as I can so far and have hit the wall.  Thanks

Can up fix two more items.

1) Music gets loud before the fade at the end.
2) Can you place a magnifying glass over the GarbleCard in the man's back pocket?

Thanks!!
