hi experts,

 is there a way to reset the level that triggers the email notifications on RICOH Afficio
Mp c4000? I keep getting warnings about low on paper, low on ink and all these silly warnings that I just dont' need constantly!

Change the setting in the Web Image Monitor.

There isn't a threshold in most instances, there's either email me or not.
