Hi Experts,

We have a SQL 2005 x64 bit running on Windows server 2003 R2 x64 bit. It has the database and SSRS running on the same server. The report opens up fine but when we try to export to Excel it errors out with the following:

there is an answer here by Jim Chen that appears relevant (it's dated 2009) but as your topic is sql 2005 I suspect it remains relevant for you.
