Tracking changes,Before and after changes to my Windows 7 workstation after installing software

I want to track the before and after changes to my Windows 7 workstation, after I upgrade apps or install apps on it.
I want to track DLL changes, what files it added or created and rev level of apps and files.

changed files and folders
modified registry entries
installed programs
system services
system drivers
applications that are configured to run at computer startup
running processes
loaded dlls
