Moving Sharepoint 2010 to another server

I have a sharepoint server which has database on the same server. How do i move the sharepoint sites to one server and database to another server. I want to keep database and sharepoint sites separated.

SharePoint creates a lot of databases - is your site using Managed Metadata, Secure Store, or any other service applications like that?
