outlook 2007

My OS is win 7 prof 64 bit and i use office 2007.
What I did is I went offline in Outlook, then I ran an email mail merge from Word, using access  as the data source.
In Outlook the emails are waiting in the Outbox waiting to be switched back "Online".  Because of the number of emails that are to be sent, 155, and the prospect that some ISPs may reject it as spam because of the relay thingy, I wonder if there is anyway I could put a delay after each email being sent, like a 20 seconds delay.  If Yes, how can this be done.  Thank u.

Nah, In outlook alone you cannot

If its only 155 your likley to be okay

But it not, and this is a one off

the merge has completed and the emails have been made

Id simply move the 3/4 or 2/3 into the drafts folder

Then put outlook online and send out the initial lot

Wait 20 minutes er so then send the next lot and again for the reaminging

If its going to be a regular thing
Use a bulk mail or mass mail add in

Slipstick has a few great ones you can use

Nah, In outlook alone you cannot (Using a Single Setting)

You could go into each eamil options and set the delay for each individual one....but this would be a PAIN
