Citrix Printing

Hi Experts,

We have a client, who uses citrix and our hosted terminal server. They are experiencing a number of printer issues with this setup, such as printing multiple pages results in corruption of the print

Presently, citrix manages the client side printer, no print drivers are installed on the server

However due to these problems i began to read into apply them, and how citrix behaves

Im reading alot of conflicting material though? Some say don't load the print drivers on the server, some say for them to use native drivers, others say you must load them?

What is best practice for this scenario?
If i were to install the print drivers, do i just install them like for like and then leave citrix to manage it (i read citrix checks for the drivers, if it cant find them it then uses its own universal ones?)
