HP SIM for multiple domains

Hi

We are an IT Service Provider and I was looking into HP SIM to help manage our client's systems (mainly hardware alerts).

I'm hoping to install SIM on our domain, and be able to manage our client's servers by opening up ports on the firewalls using a secure protocol.

However I cant find any documentation which dictates if this is supported?
