If your up for it you can be very creative and make your own talking E cards in power point
show, it's a lot of fun, make your card first with slides from your images/photos, add your words, transitions/animations  then add your narration. your previously recorded voice.
Save it as a Power Point Show. PPS.
Depending on which version of Office you have,
If you need help let me know, you ask and I'll answer as you need it.
I have office 2003 okay.

There is also Windows live movie maker, add your  photos slides
greetings text  and words  drop your voice clip on below the images and save it as wmv,
very simple you can save it for email maiking it small in size and it plays just like a slidehow.
then upload to youtube converts it to flash then download it again as flash.
You'll need a microphone to record your voice in say Audacity.
