Font colour in track change mode

Dear experts,

In word we can turn on the ‘track change mode’ and then all changes are reflected in red font and underlined.

Can someone please help m to change the font colour when in track change mode.

Can we change the colour after the text has been pasted.

I have MS word 2007

yes. (if I understand your question correctly)

while track changes are on, Word will, as you say, overlay some presentation to make the changes visible.

However that does not stop you making color changes - it just might make it harder to see that the change has been made.

A few techniques could be used, e.g.:
In Track Changes you can choose categories of change to display - if you turn OFF "Formatting" as a Track Change option - then you will see your color changes - plus other formatting changes such as change of style or font would not be displayed as a change either.

The other technique is to flip Track Changes between "Final"  and "Final: Show Markup"
(in other words flip from seeing changes to not seeing changes)
