make pdf file fit screen

I have created a pdf file from a batch of pdf files and I see in view 100% the documents dont line up on the sides and some text is slight crooked.
Can  I fix this in acrobat?

I assume you scanned the file, otherwise it would not be crooked. If so, then yes, you can fix this in Acrobat using Tools>Document Processing>Optimize Scanned Document. In order to make the pages line up, you will have to manually crop the pages.

Yes I have scanned pages.

When cropping the pages I got a crop box which is difficult to work with. I might have about 40 pages I need to copy side of the page so they are all even of same width. How do I do this?

On the crop,dialog is an option to remove white space around your content. That may give you a reasonable starting crop box. If this does not work, you have to crop all 40 pages manually.
