Hello,

We have computers on our domain that need to have the most current java plugin installed at regular intervals.

We are looking for an unattended installation without the ask toolbar we can push out to the workstations via group policy.

Thank you.

1. Download the JRE offline installer from Oracle
2. Extract the msi from the exe file
      a. Launch the file jre-7-windows-i586.exe
      b. Open Windows Explorer / computer and navigate to folder
      JRE 7 to %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\jre1.7.0
      c. Copy the files, to a temporary path
      d. Cancel the installer
3. Use Orca to create an MST file with the following options:
a. AUTOUPDATECHECK 1 -> 0 (disable updates)
b. IEXPLORER 0 -> 1 (register the JRE as the default virtual machine of Internet Explorer)
c. JAVAUPDATE 1 -> 0 (disable updates)
d. JU 1 -> 0 (disable updates)
e. Mozilla -> 1 (register the JRE as the default virtual machine of Mozilla)
