Start&gt;Right-Click Computer, Properties. Select Remote Desktop Settings on left side then you can see the options that Nedramsay is speaking of.<br />

If they are greyed out then there is a GPO that has been configured for RDP. If that is the case then perhaps the TCP/IP settings are off somehow on that laptop since all other machines on the Domain can connect to it.<br />

type ipconfig /registerdns<br />
